We are looking for a highly organized, neatly-presented Chiropractic Office Receptionist to be responsible for our office's front desk duties. The Receptionist's responsibilities include answering e-mails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming patients.
To be successful as a Chiropractic Office Receptionist, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask in a busy environment without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven.
Chiropractic Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information.
- Verifying payment methods, including patients' health insurance coverage.
- Processing patient payments.
- Tracking and ordering inventory.
- Preparing treatment rooms before appointments, as needed.
- Assisting with other office duties, as needed.
Chiropractic Receptionist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Helpful and positive demeanor.
- Reliable and available to work office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required.

- Monday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
- Tuesday - 2:00 PM-6:30 PM
- Wednesday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
- Friday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
- Saturday - 9:30 AM-11:30 AM
