About the Job
We are looking for a highly organized, neatly-presented Chiropractic Office Receptionist to be responsible for our office's front desk duties. The Receptionist's responsibilities include answering e-mails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming patients.

To be successful as a Chiropractic Office Receptionist, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask in a busy environment without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven.

Chiropractic Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
  • Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information.
  • Verifying payment methods, including patients' health insurance coverage.
  • Processing patient payments.
  • Tracking and ordering inventory.
  • Preparing treatment rooms before appointments, as needed.
  • Assisting with other office duties, as needed.

Chiropractic Receptionist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Helpful and positive demeanor.
  • Reliable and available to work office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required.

Hours for this position:
  • Monday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
  • Tuesday - 2:00 PM-6:30 PM
  • Wednesday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
  • Friday - 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon / 2:00 PM-6:30 PM.
  • Saturday - 9:30 AM-11:30 AM
